I didn’t set out to create a leadership operating system.

I started in the trenches—literally and digitally. Early in my career, I was managing hundreds of systems, building million-dollar infrastructure networks, and running information technology operations and cyber responses before “cyber” became a buzzword. I worked in schools, enterprise operations, production operations and technical environments where failure wasn’t a theoretical concern—it was a daily risk with real-world fallout.

What I witnessed over three decades was consistent:

• Leaders don’t fail because of a lack of intelligence.

• They fail because their systems are built on fragile assumptions, ego preservation, and inherited scripts that no longer serve them.

• Those “scripts” tell us to cling to control, manage perception, and reward certainty in the face of chaos. I followed those scripts too. Until I burned them.

Credentials with Teeth

I hold a doctorate in cybersecurity. I’ve taught at universities, built nationally recognized programs, and stood in front of executive boards and technical teams alike. My certifications (CISSP, EnCE, PI license) speak to technical depth—but none of that matters unless it's wielded in service of truth, velocity, and execution.

That’s why I created AmplifAID Intelligence—a system that fuses generative AI, leadership psychology, and real-world KPIs into something that actually scales clarity.  Not performative transformation. Not another leadership acronym.  A living intelligence system that works because it adapts faster than your fear.
