Refund Policy

Iron Dog LLC – Refund and Disengagement Policy

This Refund and Disengagement Policy is designed to provide our clients and learners with transparency and confidence when engaging with our AmplifAId Intelligence™ and AmplifAId Education™ services.

1. General Policy Principles

  • We believe in clarity, not fine print.

  • We believe in value, not entrapment.

  • We believe in respectful disengagement, not red tape.

 

2. Free Courses

All free educational offerings provided through Iron Dog LLC are non-monetary in nature and therefore not eligible for refunds under any circumstance. These are goodwill offerings to empower learning and transformation, no strings attached.

However, any individual who wishes to unsubscribe from our mailing lists or digital communication streams may do so at any time, and we will promptly and permanently remove their contact from our systems upon request. Our communication is permission-based, not persistent.

3. Paid Courses and Programs

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for all paid courses and digital learning programs, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility Criteria:

To request a refund, the purchaser must:

  • Submit a written refund request through our contact portal

  • Make the request within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

  • Provide a brief but clear explanation of the reason for the refund—this helps us improve, not interrogate.

 

Non-Refundable Conditions:

We will not issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Requests made after 7 calendar days from purchase.

  • If more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.

  • If the course includes live cohort access, consultations, or certification, refunds may not be available after the start of the first live session.

  • If the course was purchased under a discounted promotional offer clearly marked as “non-refundable.”

 

4. Disengagement by Iron Dog LLC

Iron Dog LLC reserves the right to terminate access to any service, course, or platform if:

  • A user violates the terms of service, engages in abusive behavior, or disrupts the integrity of the learning environment.

  • In such cases, no refund will be issued.

We are building a community of integrity. Disruption without constructive purpose is grounds for dismissal.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval, issued via the original payment method. Refund confirmations will be provided in writing.

 

6. Customer Respect Clause

We honor respectful, direct communication. Refund requests, complaints, or questions are treated seriously, not skeptically. We ask for the same professionalism in return.
