Dr. Dave Schippers is an education executive and the founder of Iron Dog LLC. He holds a Doctor of Science degree and the CISSP — one of the most respected cybersecurity credentials in the world.
He has spent over 20 years at the crossroads of technology, leadership, and education. He has led academic programs, built cybersecurity courses, managed teams, and written eight books. He knows what experienced professionals actually need — because he has been one his entire career.
His published work includes The AI Reckoning (2025), AI for Analogs (2026), Burn the Script: Kill the Leadership Theater, and five additional titles spanning cybersecurity, doctoral education, and faculty leadership. His current research — published as the AmplifAId Intelligence framework through Iron Dog LLC — focuses on cognitive replication, the Amplified Contributor archetype, and AI-era leadership readiness
